RES INTEGRA

It is refered to some issue which has not yet been determined and resolved. This word is commonly used to refer a statement of law, which is like an open statement and not specifically dealt by any existing law or precedent.

For Example:- The issue appears to be no longer res integra as it is already dealt by a prominent case law.

In this example, the word (or say phrase) is used as non placet of being untouched. This statement wants to convey that the issue has now been resolved or considered through a decision in a case law.
